Ready for the start of term

You must all be preparing to return to Manchester after a wonderful time over Christmas and New Year (hopefully). Don’t forget your keys. There is at least one tenant every year that we have to bale out because they have left their keys at home.

Christmas is over and Let’s celebrate New Year

For all you Manchester students who are at home enjoying the holiday – or perhaps revising for exams!- remember to start looking for accommodation for next year. Yes it seems to be so early but if you are a big group then try to secure your group so you can go looking for houses or flats when you get back to Manchester. The larger houses always go first. Boundary Lodge on Top Form

The same owners of the Manchester Lettings properties also own Boundary Lodge. This is block of flats that is available to rent on an individual room basis or on a group taking one flat. Only individual rooms are available for September as the block is nearly full for the coming academic year. The flats have been constructed and furnished to the highest standard. All rooms have an en-suite shower room and are fully fitted. The lounge/kitchen in each flat has a large flat screen TV. The rent is all inclusive of broadband, utilities and TV licence. Students come and students go

The big weekend is almost upon us. We have been preparing for weeks for our tenants to leave us and the new ones to come. So next weekend most of our tenants are moving out and the new ones are moving in. We have little time to get everything together for the new tenants. We are lucky at Manchester Lettings and Boundary Lodge to have a brilliant team who have worked together for over 10 years. So we know how to do it and we do our best.

To our tenants who are leaving we wish you good luck with everything you do in the future and to our tenants who are moving in we hope you have a brilliant year and that you will be comfortable in your new home provided by Manchester Lettings.

Students rooms for the summer

We are doing well with our lettings.  All the houses on the Manchester Letting website have now been taken.  Just waiting for the last documentation to be completed.  In Boundary Lodge we have a few rooms left if you are looking for accommodation for the summer holiday (July and August). Sorry you have to take the room for two months – just too much work to do monthly lettings.  But don’t wait if as these rooms are going fast – they are a terrific bargain.

New student accommodation

Louise and Amir have developed their business and now have available a block of eight apartments for renting to students.  This is in addition to the other six properties available through Manchester Lettings. 

The new apartments are quite different and are on Boundary Lane.  Look on the website.  They are stylishly furnished with every bedroom having an en-suite shower room.  Every flat has a lovely lounge/kitchen/dining area with a large flat screen TV.  In addition there is a communal room with a humongous TV, table tennis table and area to socialise.  To top it all, the flats are wonderfully situated for the centre of town so you have walking access to all the night life, university buildings and even ASDA.  So check out the accommodation we have left for summer rentals and for the next academic year.

We are back on line

After a long silence I am starting placing blogs again for http://www.manchesterlettings.com. A lot has happened since my last block which was literally years ago. Our business has taken a side ways move. We now have six properties to rent to students in the Manchester area. Only one is still available for rent from July 2014: that is a lovely flat on Clifton Avenue. Check out Flat 2, 17 Clifton Avenue . It is an unbelievable price of £83per week which includes everything! Utilities, broadban, TV licence.

Rooms to rent for students in Manchester

We have one remaining house to rent in Manchester.  There are 6 rooms and each is for rent separately for £300 a month.  The house is ideally situated about 5 minutes walk from Sainsburys in Fallowfield.  It has a lounge/kitchen/diner with a large flat-screen TV, two comfortable sofas, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher.  Each of the bedrooms has a double bed, sink etc.  Washing machine and tumble drier.  Call me on 07887703520 to arrange a viewing.  Look on our website for more details.
